Korean publisher NCSOFT has decided to conduct a global business reorganization. As part of it, the company will cut a fifth of the employees of the division that operates Lineage, Blade & Soul and its other games in Western countries.

In its statement, NCSOFT West clarified that mainly employees engaged in non-gaming projects will fall under the reduction. The company will pay severance pay to the affected specialists and help them find a job.

At the same time, NCSOFT West announced that Jeff Anderson, the division’s CEO, is resigning. He worked for the company for a year and a half.
