What questions should a developer be prepared to answer when negotiating a deal with an investor? The game accelerator Narwhal shared some insight. DogDog's CEO, Dmitry Filatov, published a document with a list of potential questions on his Telegram channel.

The questions listed by Narwhal are divided into eight topics: general questions, finances, developer plans, partnership conditions, team, processes/technologies, marketing, and game specifics. There are more than 30 questions in total.

Filatov reminded developers that negotiations with an investor are like "a date, not a purchase in a store." Developers should not be afraid to also ask various questions and inquire about nuances of cooperation with a specific investor. This same rule applies when communicating with publishers.
