On September 14, an early release of Mortal Kombat 1 took place: the fighting game became available to owners of premium editions. In the first hours, the peak online Steam version of the game reached 26,633 people.
This figure is already more than the tenth part of the series. At its peak, 15,743 Steam users were playing Mortal Kombat X at the same time. The peak online Mortal Kombat 11 is still higher — 35,147 people. But it is possible that after the final release on September 19, the new Mortal Kombat will surpass this result.
