On September 7, Square Enix released Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis, a mobile adaptation of the seventh part of Final Fantasy. The very next day, the game’s downloads exceeded 2 million.
The company announced the achievement of the project in X (formerly Twitter). She did not say how much the novelty managed to earn.
Ever Crisis retells the plot of the original Final Fantasy VII, including spin-offs, and expands it. Now three story chapters are available to players. The developers promise to release new chapters once a month.
