The company Nexon was dissatisfied with the sales of The First Berserker: Khazan — an action RPG developed by its subsidiary studio Neople. This is reported by the Korean publication Yonhap citing sources.

According to Yonhap, Neople's executives informed their employees about Nexon's opinion during a recent briefing. They did not specify what will happen to the game now, but it is possible that its support may cease soon.

In any case, it is stated that a much smaller team will be handling The First Berserker: Khazan. If Yonhap is to be believed, a "significant portion" of the game's developers have already been decided to be transferred to other projects, and they are currently awaiting reassignment.

The First Berserker: Khazan was released on March 27, 2025, and is available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series.
