To begin with, VK bought a controlling stake in Bamboo Games last September. Then it was reported that the company immediately paid $ 2 million, and pledged to transfer another part of the amount later. The size of the total amount depended on the indicators of the Belarusian publisher.
According to CNews, VK spent 202 million rubles ($3.31 million at the current exchange rate) on the acquisition of 51% of the shares. VK also has deferred payments for owners of Bamboo Games in the amount of 39 million rubles ($0.64 million). As a result, the total purchase price may be 241 million rubles or $ 3.95 million.
