Restructuring in Team17 may affect more people than previously reported. According to Eurogamer sources, the company is preparing to lay off 91 employees.

According to the publication, this is a third of the staff of Team17. But it is worth noting that according to the latest financial report of the company, as of June 30, 438 people worked in Team17. If Team17 did not carry out large-scale layoffs after its release, now the company will lose "only" about 20% of the staff. That's still a big number, but it's less than a third.

It is claimed that the cuts will take place in the departments of marketing, HR, testing, IT and others.

Recall that in early October Eurogamer reported that Team17 plans to lay off at least 50 people. Mostly testers. In addition, CEO Michael Pattison will leave the company. In a media comment, Team17 confirmed that it was restructuring and parting ways with Pattison, but did not disclose the exact extent of the layoffs.
