“Sber” will no longer be engaged in games. Kommersant’s sources report that the company has decided to close the SberGames gaming division.
Representatives of “Sber” in a comment for “Kommersant” confirmed this information. They explained that it was all about the limitations faced by Russian developers. In fact, they lost the opportunity to bring games to foreign markets.
It is reported that some of the employees of SberGames will move to other divisions. The other one will be reduced. According to journalists, about 200 people worked at SberGames.
