Gaming companies from Russia want to obtain licenses for the release of games in China, bypassing the queue, according to sources of Kommersant. They asked the government to negotiate with the Chinese regulator to grant them 50 special licenses each year.
The developers also want the Russian authorities to support the development of games together with Chinese companies and finance the creation of a number of domestic MMOs.
These proposals were put forward by the company during a strategic session held by the Digital Economy organization. It is assumed that the Digital Economy will send them to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko.
