According to the VGC portal, the new company is called Nintendo Studios. Mention of it was found on the website of the US Copyright Office — in documents dedicated to the upcoming animated film based on Super Mario.
According to the papers, six companies are working on the movie at once, two of which have recently opened. These are M Brothers Productions and Nintendo Studios.
According to journalists, M Brothers Productions may be a company with a limited validity period. Most likely, it was created exclusively for a cartoon about Mario, and then it will be closed. Similar companies were opened, for example, for the filming of “Iron Man” and “The Incredible Hulk”. Whereas Nintendo Studios is probably something more.
Nintendo has not commented on the VGC information. However, the Japanese company has repeatedly stated that it intends to make more films based on its IP.
