There will soon be one more game in the Lesta Games portfolio. By April 14, Fulqrum Publishing* will transfer the rights to the MMORPG Royal Quest to the company.

As a result of the deal, Lesta Games will gain control of the project. She will handle the operation of the game and its further development, and will also decide how Royal Quest should develop.

“This is the first experience of working with a third-party project for the company. In the future, Lesta Games is considering the possibility of operating other online games that require an integrated approach in terms of technology, community work and marketing, which will maximize the use of the company’s experience and resources,” Lesta Games reported.

Note: Kommersant was one of the first to write about the deal. The newspaper’s sources claimed that it was only about the rights to publish the game in Russia. It was also assumed that the transaction amount could be $10-12 million.

*Fulqrum Publishing is a subsidiary of Fulqrum Games, previously operating under the name 1C Entertainment.
