Japanese police detained Yuji Naka for the second time in the last month. Now he was suspected of insider trading in shares of Ateam Studio, the co—developer of Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier.

Asahi reports that Naka found out about the upcoming release of the game before Square Enix and Ateam officially announced it. The developer used the information and bought 120,000 shares of Ateam in advance for ¥144.7 million ($1.05 million).

Naka is not the only one arrested in this case. Together with him, the police detained another former Square Enix employee, Taisuke Sazaki. It is assumed that he bought shares worth ¥105 million ($ 763.9 thousand).
