VK group at a meeting with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation said that it plans to continue to actively invest in game developers. Through the VK Play division, she intends to invest in projects that are at the prototype stage or at an early stage of development.
The plans of VK were announced by Kommersant, who got acquainted with the presentation of the group. According to the publication, in addition to investments, VK will offer developers special conditions for publishing games in RuStore and on VK Play.
In addition, according to Kommersant, VK wants to launch educational programs dedicated to games at a number of Russian universities: HSE, VSU, ITMO, PSU and others.
