At the beginning of the month, the Insider Gaming portal reported that the American studio Motorsport Games has not been paying employees from Russia since October 2022. Then the developers said they were going to go to court. But it seems that recently one of them decided to move to more aggressive measures.
According to Insider Gaming, the developer is blackmailing the management of Motorsport Games by publishing the sources of NASCAR games on the network: Ignition 21, NASCAR HEAT 5, Indycar and KartKraft. He demands that the studio transfer the salary before January 25.
Motorsport Games did not comment on Insider Gaming’s information.
