The Government’s Commission on legislative Activity has already agreed on amendments to the tax Code prepared by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Finance. This is reported by RBC.
For the first time, plans to reduce the requirements became known in April. Then the head of the Ministry of Finance Maksut Shadaev said that IT companies will be able to claim tax benefits if the share of their core revenue is equal to 70%, and not 90%, as it is now. Also, we decided to remove the restriction on the number of employees from the conditions (at the moment there should be at least 7 people in the staff).
It is assumed that as a result, the income of the Russian treasury will decrease by 20 billion rubles.
