The British publisher PlayStack has announced a new purchase. He was joined by the mobile studio Magic Fuel Games, known for the games Fort Stars and Love Cooking. How much the takeover cost is not disclosed.
Under the terms of the deal, studio CEO Kevin Shrapnell will become the new chief operating officer of PlayStack.
Magic Fuel Games was founded in 2015 by four former employees of Electronic Arts. They, along with Harvey Elliott, CEO of PlayStack, previously worked on SimCity and The Sims.
