Developers from Double Dagger Studio shared with GameDiscoverCo that the kitten adventure game Little Kitty, Big City has been a tremendous success for the studio. With the help of Game Pass alone, the game has been played by over 2 million people.

According to GameDiscoverCo, only three games released in 2024 surpass Little Kitty, Big City in terms of audience size on Game Pass. These are Palworld, MLB: The Show 2024, and Hellblade II.
How many people have tried Little Kitty, Big City on other platforms remains undisclosed. The game is also available on Nintendo Switch and PC. Double Dagger Studio indicated that in May, 132,000 users bought the game on Steam. Currently, the sales ratio between the Nintendo Switch and Steam versions is 2.4 to 1.8. Additionally, most players of the Steam version of Little Kitty, Big City are from the US (32.5%), China (14%), and Germany (6.5%).
