Although "Lesta Games" was registered in St. Petersburg since its founding in 1991, it bought its first property in the city only after more than three decades. The group of companies announced that it became the owner of the business center "Renaissance Pravda".
The business center reportedly covers more than 28,000 square meters. It is located in the center of St. Petersburg, near Ovsyannikov Garden and the Ploshchad Alexandra Nevskogo metro station.
As noted by "Lesta Games," the building once housed the editorial office of the newspaper "Pravda," but in 1918 it moved to Moscow. Now on the site of the business center, among others, are an office of VK, the development center of "T-Bank," and the General Consulate of Israel in St. Petersburg.
The purchase price of the business center is not disclosed.
"Now the Lesta Games group is anchoring in its home harbor, and this is one of the most important milestones in our history. We demonstrate by our example how beneficial and important it is to continue working actively and showing results, no matter what. The St. Petersburg office should help us not only strengthen our market position but also contribute to further comprehensive and dynamic development," commented Malik Khatazhaev, head of "Lesta Games," on the purchase.
In March 2024, "Lesta Games" also acquired a building in Moscow for an undisclosed amount near the Taganskaya metro station. Its area is considerably smaller than the St. Petersburg location — 6,000 square meters.
