The "Lesta Games" group of companies may soon relocate from one office in Moscow to another. As reported by "Vedomosti," the company is already in negotiations to lease new premises.

According to the newspaper, the developers of "World of Tanks" and "World of Warships" are interested in an office at the "Alcon-1" business center located on Leningradsky Avenue. Sources in the newspaper claim that the negotiations for the lease with the owner have progressed quite far, although a contract has yet to be signed.
"Lesta Games" confirmed to "Vedomosti" that they are indeed looking for a new office but have not settled on a specific one yet. The group stated that they are exploring several options.
The reason for the move, as stated by "Lesta Games," is the growth of their business. They say that they are currently working on a larger number of projects than before, and their staff has also expanded. For comfortable operations, "Lesta Games" seeks to move to a more spacious office.
It is noteworthy that in 2024, "Lesta Games" purchased its own building in Moscow near the "Taganskaya" metro station. This building has a total area of 6,000 square meters, with office space accounting for 4,000 square meters. If the information from "Vedomosti" is accurate, then in "Alcon-1," the group plans to lease about 6,000 square meters, which indeed is more than they currently occupy. The future of the office at "Taganskaya" remains unknown. It is possible that "Lesta Games" may sell or lease it out themselves.
