Laundry Store Simulator is another simulator released by the Polish company PlayWay. The game was launched on Steam and Google Play on December 9, 2024. According to PlayWay's CEO, Krzysztof Kostowski, the game recouped its costs in just three days.

Laundry Store Simulator

Interestingly, Laundry Store Simulator did not show particularly outstanding results. As Kostowski writes, in the first three days, the Steam version of the laundry simulator earned $33,000 in net revenue and sold 5,000 copies with a 6% refund rate. The majority of purchases were made by residents of the USA (1,320 copies), Germany (955 copies), and Indonesia (483 copies).

It was reported that the conversion rate from wishlists to sales for the project was 12.4%. As of December 13, Laundry Store Simulator was still on the wishlists of 12,100 more Steam users.

Kostowski added that the average playtime in Laundry Store Simulator is around 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Kostowski did not share the performance metrics of the mobile version of Laundry Store Simulator. However, according to data from the analytics service AppMagic, it is more popular—primarily because, unlike on PC, the game is distributed for free on smartphones. If AppMagic is to be believed, the laundry simulator has been downloaded 424,600 times from Google Play to date. As for revenue, the mobile Laundry Store Simulator has earned $4,900 in net income from IAPs.
