The company KRAFTON announced a new deal. It has invested in Neon—a platform focused on infrastructure for direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales in mobile games.
According to KRAFTON, its investment in Neon is strategic. The company intends to actively collaborate with Neon to develop a payment system for its games using their platform.
As added by the portal PocketGamer, the company supported Neon in a Series A funding round. In addition to KRAFTON, Andreessen Horowitz and Renegade Partners also invested in the platform. It is known that they collectively invested $13 million, but the specific amount each organization contributed is not disclosed.
Neon itself reported that it will use the funds to expand its infrastructure.
For KRAFTON, this marks at least their second investment since the beginning of 2026. Recall that in March, it acted as one of the investors for the studio Psychedelic Games, which is working on the MOBA game Golden Tides.
