Last February, PUBG developers announced that they were going to create their own NFT metaverse in partnership with Naver Z. A year later, it became known that its development had already cost companies 48 billion won, or about $ 36.8 million.
The companies claim that the project, codenamed Migaloo, will be “revolutionary” and “change the rules of the game.” Users will be able to add their own content to the metaverse and earn money by selling it using the blockchain.
KRAFTON and Naver Z plan to launch Migaloo by the end of the year.
