One of the largest TV companies in Japan, TBS Television, decided to take up video games. She announced the launch of her own studio — TBS Games.
TBS Television said it was no longer content with creating “just good TV content.” She wants to develop exciting video games for arcade machines, mobile devices and PC. In addition to them, the studio will make card and board games.
TBS Television is going to make games on its popular IP. She pointed out that some of her shows, such as Ninja Warrior and Saturday Night Chubaw, were already the basis of games, but third-party companies were working on them.
