The Brazilian publisher and developer Afil Games made this statement.

Recently, Afil Games announced on the social network X that its games will no longer be available on the PlayStation Store, and the already published titles will soon be removed. According to the publisher, Sony contacted them to announce the termination of their partnership due to a change in policy — they are now stricter about the quality of games in their store.
It's worth noting that Afil Games specializes in so-called shovelware games, which are characterized by extremely low quality. The publisher has released more than 140 titles, many of which are designed solely for gamers to quickly earn trophies and level up their PlayStation accounts.
In recent months, Sony has indeed been regularly cleaning up the PlayStation Store from such projects. For instance, in January, it removed hundreds of games from ThiGames, and in April, from GoGame Console Publisher, VRCForge Studios, and Welding Byte.
