Xsolla has started liquidation of Perm—based Ixolla Russian Holding, the parent organization of the company’s division in Russia. She controls three more Permian “daughters” of Xsolla: “Ixolla”, “Ixolla Games” and “System Projects”.
Interfax drew attention to the incident. He pointed out that the liquidation of the Russian division of the company began on June 2. The process is led by Valentina Suitcase, director of “Ixolla”.
Recall that in March it became known that Xsolla is going to transport employees of the Perm office to Malaysia. However, at that time she did not say that she could completely close the branch.
Xsolla itself did not comment on the publication’s information.
