The fact that Steam, as well as the App Store and other Apple services failed in Russia drew the attention of the domestic media. Some users at the same time reported problems with access to Sony, Microsoft and Electronic Arts services.
The companies did not comment on the problems.
Update: Access to the services has been restored.
