On April 20, the National Press and Publications Administration of China (NPPA) published a new list with games approved for release in the country. Among others, Mobile Legends got into it: Bang Bang — a mobile MOBA developed by Moonton studio and competing with Honor of Kings from Tencent.

Analyst Daniel Ahmad noted that Mobile Legends was the highest-grossing mobile game in Southeast Asia in the first quarter of 2023.

According to AppMagic, to date, Mobile Legends’ global revenue with IAP has exceeded $1 billion. The game earned the most money in the USA ($170.6 million), Malaysia ($144.2 million), the Philippines ($140.9 million), Indonesia ($135.6 million) and Singapore ($78.7 million).
