Maxim Protasov, the head of Roscachestvo, revealed in an interview with TASS that next year the organization plans to conduct inspections related to video games. They aim to study the monetization of these games.

"We will primarily focus on manipulative mechanics—the methods of extracting money from players. The Digital Expertise Center of Roscachestvo will analyze which techniques can influence player behavior, including that of children, what risks they pose, and how games might lead to addictions," explained Protasov.

It is reported that they will investigate "popular" video games.

Based on the inspection results, Roscachestvo plans to develop a special methodology for evaluating the quality of video games. The organization will collaborate on this with the Institute for Internet Development.
