Last year, Russians rented consoles more often than usual, Kommersant reports, citing data from Avito, Arenter and Pauri services.
Avito estimates that in 2022, the demand for console rentals increased by 43%, and the number of ads with rental offers at the same time increased by 73%. Representatives of Arenter told the newspaper that users of their service were interested in renting consoles four times more than in 2021. Representatives of Pauri did not tell Kommersant how demand has changed over the whole year, but noted that since September, interest in renting consoles has increased by 27%.
