Recall that the other day two actors who voiced Genshin Impact said that they had not been paid for months. Because of this, they are in distress.
Today, Hoyoverse (the western brand of miHoYo) commented on the situation. She stated the following:

as soon as the situation became known, she immediately called on the recording studio to pay the voice actors;
