Last week, the Asian MMORPG Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds had a global release. Western gamers did not take it too warmly. The fact is that almost simultaneously with the release, rumors were confirmed that the game has blockchain elements, and by the end of the year, NFT will appear.
In the official Discord channel, gamers complain that in its current form, the blockchain spoils all the fun and breaks the economy of the game. They also recalled the promise of the authors of Ni No Kuni: Cross World that the title will practically not use cryptocurrency, but already the best in-game items are being sold for it.
Recall that Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds was released in Asia in June last year and earned $100 million in the first 11 days.
