Officially, the Workers of Gamechuck D.O.O union started working in Gamechuck back on April 29, but the media only paid attention to it now.
According to the developers of Midwintär and Speed Limit, the launch of the union went “smoothly”. The studio management supported its employees and expressed the hope that all this will benefit the business.
The union has already achieved that Gamechuck limited the maximum length of crunches to four months. Among other things, the developers were allowed to retain their copyrights if their game was canceled. The studio also prescribed in the collective agreement the amount of salary for each position.
