G5 Entertainment has published a financial report for January-March 2024. The company's revenue and profit continued to decline, but its G5 Store performed well.
Twilight Land
- G5 Entertainment's revenue fell by 14% compared to last year and amounted to SEK 297.4 million ($27.3 million).
- 13.5% of the revenue was generated by the G5 Store. In the first quarter of 2023, its share was 7.9%. The site's revenue grew by 55% year-on-year.
- North America has remained the main region for G5 Entertainment in terms of finances. It accounted for 61% of revenue. The second largest region was Europe, with 27%. Asia took the third place — 8%.
- The gross profit of G5 Entertainment amounted to SEK 202.5 million ($18.6 million). A 13% drop.
- The indicators of the company's main hits — the Sherlock, Hidden City and Jewels series games — decreased slightly compared to the first quarter of 2023.

- Currently, about 20% of G5 Entertainment's R&D expenses are spent on developing new games. The company has several titles with great potential in the works.
- The audience for G5 Entertainment games has declined. MAU fell by 11% to 5.1 million people, and DAU — by 10% to 1.5 million people. The number of paying players decreased by 17% to 147.4 thousand people.
- At the same time, the average gross monthly income per paying user (MAGRPPU) increased by 3%, reaching $63.5.
