France has decided to support game developers in Senegal. Its embassy in Senegal, together with the French studio Masseka Game Studio, invested 300 thousand euros in the creation of a “hybrid” gaming hub in the country.

The hub will be both a business incubator and a game development studio. As the authors of the initiative hope, thanks to him, Senegal will be able to become the gaming center of West Africa.

The Senegalese state organization DER F/J, which supports entrepreneurship in the country, has promised to allocate offices for the hub in Dakar, the capital of Senegal. The local studio Kayfo Games also announced that it will participate in the project and will be engaged in its technical implementation.
