Greg Street, the former executive producer of the League of Legends MMO, is going to establish his “remote studio”. He has already found a strategic partner.
According to Street, over the past few years he has been thinking a lot about what he wants to achieve and what games he wants to develop. In addition, against the background of family tragedies, he thought about the advantages of remote work — in December, the developer reported that he had lost his brother, and his father was seriously ill. The new studio will allow Street to work on interesting games for him and at the same time be close to his family.
The Street studio will develop “an MMO or something very similar to an MMO.”
Recall that Street announced his departure from Riot Games in March 2023. Prior to that, he worked at Blizzard and Ensemble Studios.
