A post about the company’s volunteer culture has appeared on the website of the Yakut developer Fntastic. It also offers to help the company with translation and the community on a non-commercial basis.

The meaning of the post is as follows:

There are two types of volunteers in the company;

▫️the first type is employees who work for a salary;

The second type is people who are ready to help Fntastic in their free time;

part—time volunteers are engaged in completely different tasks – from translations to community moderation;

▫️also similar volunteers can work on new game functionality;

▫️monetary compensation for the work of the second type of volunteers is not provided (they are going to pay with “cool awards”, certificates and free codes).

Fntastic is currently developing an AAA survival The Day Before with the support of another Yakut company – MYTONA.

According to Forbes, at the end of February, the employees of the latter received a letter informing them that the company was switching to economy mode. The management suspended the payment of bonuses, stopped hiring new people and stopped renting offices.
