Epic Games has introduced a new program to attract games to the Epic Games Store — Now on Epic. It is intended for developers and publishers who decide to place projects already available in third-party PC stores or subscription services in the Epic Games Store.
Program participants will not be able to share their income with the Epic Games Store for the first six months after the release of the game in the store. After six months, they will start paying a standard commission of 12%.
To participate in Now on Epic, teams need to release at least three games published on other platforms in the Epic Games Store no later than October 31, 2023. If the developer/publisher has fewer games, then all of them should be released by Epic Games Store.
You can register for the program until December 31, 2024. Games within it should appear in the Epic Games Store by June 30, 2025.
