There is a replenishment in the Epic Games portfolio. The company includes the Brazilian studio AQUIRIS, known for the Horizon Chase series of racing games. This is the first studio bought by Epic Games in Latin America.
The amount and full terms of the transaction are unknown. It is only reported that AQUIRIS will now work under the name Epic Games Brasil and will help with the development of Fortnite.
Epic Games has already collaborated with AQUIRIS. In April 2022, she invested an unknown amount in the studio and signed an agreement to publish several unannounced multiplayer games.
