The complaint was filed by activist Cher Scarlett. She claims that the Fortnite developer refused to hire her because she was protesting against unfair working conditions at Apple and Activision Blizzard.
According to Scarlett, after four interviews, the recruiter asked her to fill out a special form about activist activity. Two days later, Scarlett found out that Epic Games would take another person instead.
Epic Games indicated that the refusal to accept a job is not related to Scarlett’s beliefs.
