Crystal Dynamics, Eidos-Montréal and Square Enix Montréal studios have officially become part of the Swedish holding. Embracer Group has also taken over the rights to a number of major franchises, including Tomb Raider, Deus Ex, Thief and Legacy of Kain.
Recall that the deal became known on May 2, 2022. It cost Embracer Group $300 million.
