Elon Musk, the founder of SpaceX and Tesla, is looking to expand his business portfolio with a new startup. This time, by establishing his own gaming studio based on his AI project, xAI.

On his account on platform X, Musk stated: "Too many gaming studios are owned by giant corporations. xAI is going to launch a studio to develop games with generative AI to make games great again!"
This idea was sparked by a post from the creator of the meme cryptocurrency Dogecoin, known by the nickname Shibetoshi Nakamoto. In turn, he lamented that the industry is not what it used to be—"game developers and gaming journalism are too supportive of ideological nonsense." According to him, gamers have always disliked greedy corporations and their imposed ideas.
According to Musk's words, if his studio does come to fruition, it will be a platform for the creative freedom of the team, without restrictions and pressure from soulless corporate giants.
However, for now, his statement remains just words—no official confirmations or details have been presented on the xAI account or in other sources.
It is worth noting that the xAI startup was launched in 2023. Among the company's first developments is the Grok chatbot with artificial intelligence. This ChatGPT competitor was also integrated into platform X for premium subscribers.
