Recently, rumors appeared on the network that a Russian court approved the decision to block Dota 2 in the country, the head of the Safe Internet League allegedly wrote about this in her Telegram channel. In a comment to TASS, Ekaterina Mizulina denied this information.

Mizulina said that information about the Dota 2 ban was distributed from a fake Telegram channel. The same channel previously wrote that in Russia they want to block CS:GO, Brawl Stars and Standoff 2 games.

According to Mizulina, the Safe Internet League has already asked Telegram support several times to close the fake channel, but has not received a response. After that, she filed an application with Roskomnadzor.
