Electronic Arts (EA) disclosed the executive earnings for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, in a report to the financial regulator. Almost half of the annual salary* of the company's top executives was attributed to CEO Andrew Wilson.

Earnings of EA executives from April 2023 to March 2024:

  • CEO Andrew Wilson — $25.64 million;
  • President of EA Entertainment Laura Miele — $12 million;
  • Chief People Officer Mala Singh — $6.96 million;
  • General Counsel Jacob Schatz — $6.91 million;
  • CFO Stuart Canfield — $6.47 million;
  • Former CFO Chris Suh — $1.96 million.

EA noted that under Wilson's leadership, the company achieved its annual key strategic and operational goals. Notably, the business was optimized through restructuring. Additionally, EA's employee satisfaction level exceeded industry standards last year.

Remember, in March 2023, EA announced plans to lay off 6% of its workforce (775 employees), and in February 2024, another 5% (670 employees). The company also split its internal studios into two divisions: EA Entertainment and EA SPORTS.

*The total amount includes salary, stock bonuses, performance incentives, and other payments.
