Remedy Entertainment investors reacted well to the release of Alan Wake II. On the morning of October 27, the studio's shares were trading 23.5% more expensive than the day before — at a price of €29.4 apiece.
By the time the news was written, the stock price had sunk, but only slightly. Now it is €28.6 per piece.
Alan Wake II received high marks from the gaming press. On Metacritic, the survival horror rating was 92 out of 100 on PC and 88 out of 100 on PlayStation 5.
