As of today, gamers have installed games from the Hill Climb Racing franchise on their devices 2.5 billion times. According to developers from the Finnish studio Fingersoft, this milestone makes Hill Climb Racing the most downloaded racing game series in the world.

Remember, the first game of the series was released in September 2012. Thus, it took Hill Climb Racing just over 12 years to achieve this result.

The series includes Hill Climb Racing, Hill Climb Racing 2, and LEGO Hill Climb Adventures. The studio did not clarify how downloads are distributed among them. However, it noted that the total monthly active audience of the projects currently exceeds 50 million people.

According to data from the AppMagic service, during the monitoring period, Fingersoft's games have generated over $116 million in net IAP revenue on mobile devices. The most profitable project so far is Hill Climb Racing 2, earning $88.3 million. The IAP revenue of the first Hill Climb Racing amounts to $27.4 million, while LEGO Hill Climb Adventures earned $210.9 thousand. Please note that AppMagic has been collecting statistics only since 2015, so it is unknown how much Fingersoft earned before then.
