The Polish company CD PROJEKT has agreed on the amount of dividends for 2023. It will spend 99.91 million zloty or $24.8 million on payments to shareholders.
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty
This amount is about one-fifth of CD PROJEKT's net profit for last year. For 2023, CD PROJEKT earned a profit of 481.1 million zloty ($120 million). The remaining money after dividend payments will be transferred to the reserve fund and used for the needs of the group.
A significant portion of the dividends will be received by CD PROJEKT executives:
- co-founder Marcin Iwiński — 12.87 million zloty ($3.19 million);
- co-founder Michał Kiciński — 9.57 million zloty ($2.38 million);
- CFO Piotr Nielubowicz — 6.85 million zloty ($1.7 million);
- former CEO, now Strategy Director, Adam Kiciński — 4 million zloty ($1 million).
