Two weeks ago, several Wargaming employees told the portal dev.by that by the end of May, the Minsk office plans to reduce almost the entire staff. Yesterday, journalists talked to two dismissed specialists about how they parted with the company. Like last time, the answers were contradictory.
According to one former Wargaming employee, when he was fired, he received compensation in the amount of five salaries. The money was transferred quickly — by the evening of the day when he signed the application on his own.
He also mentioned that in mid-May, representatives of Lesta Studio came to Minsk and invited those who had not left yet and were well versed in the company’s main products. At the same time, those who agreed to switch were not promised compensation or even an offer. “They will just be legally registered somehow, and that’s it,” the employee said.
The second former Wargaming employee stated that he was not compensated. In addition, the company allegedly does not reimburse all the accumulated “vacation”, but only those put in for one year.
