On September 12, Apple held a presentation dedicated to new products. During it, the company announced that four AAA games will be available on the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max: Death Stranding, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, a remake of Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil Village.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage will appear on smartphones in the first half of 2024, the owners of iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will be able to play the rest of the games in 2023.
It turned out to add AAA games to the new iPhones thanks to the new powerful A17 Pro processor, made according to the 3-nm process technology. According to the company, it works 10% faster than the previous one. Apple has also accelerated the Neural Engine twice.
In addition, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max support hardware-accelerated ray tracing, which is four times faster than software.
