Pearl Abyss continues to report on the success of its new game. The company boasted that it took less than a week to reach the milestone of 3 million copies sold for Crimson Desert.

“Thank you to everyone who set foot in the lands of Pywel and shared this journey with us. Your feedback continues to help us improve the game. We will keep working to make it even more engaging,” wrote Pearl Abyss on social media.
Let’s recall, the previous sales milestone of 2 million copies was achieved by Crimson Desert by the end of its release day.
Although Crimson Desert started with a “Mixed” rating on Steam, it is gradually improving. At the time of writing this news, the reviews had reached a "Mostly Positive" level of 74%. This improvement is likely partly due to the release of the first major patch, which Pearl Abyss used to enhance the game’s controls.
Pearl Abyss launched on March 19 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series.
