CD PROJEKT has terminated its cooperation with Moonlit, the developer of the Model Builder model assembly simulator. She accused the studio of “gross violation” of the terms of the contract.

In its message, CD PROJEKT stated that Moonlit made mistakes in the sales report of the add-on for Model Builder with the characters Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3. Now the Polish company demands to pay royalties with interest within three days and withdraw both the add-on and the simulator itself from sale.

Moonlit told the media that she would try to negotiate with CD PROJEKT and eliminate the violation. She added that the requirement to withdraw Model Builder from sales is unreasonable, since CD PROJEKT does not have any rights to the game, and the add-on is sold separately.
